Gabriel Barcia-Colombo is a mixed media artist living in Brooklyn, New York. He also serves as a teacher and academic director for NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Watch the video below to learn how augmented reality allows Barcia-Colombo to push boundaries and blur the lines between our physical and digital worlds.

Barcia-Colombo’s new piece, called “Descent,” caught the attention of visitors to the Festival of the Impossible, an immersive art exhibition celebrating artwork that explores the “impossible” and hosted by Adobe at San Francisco’s Minnesota Street Project.
