What will you make with this vector letterset inspired by classic book covers and advertising ephemera?

I named this letterset "Mysterious Island" because I used it on a book cover design for Jules Verne's classic book of the same name. I also incorporated it into a screen-printed Kings of Leon poster. Those two things may not seem like they have much in common, but the lettering works in a variety of situations because it's a modern take on vintage styles seen in classic book and advertising ephemera.

I built each letter as a vector shape in Adobe Illustrator. You can rearrange, recolor, and manipulate the letters to design classic, elegant titles. This letterset is copyright-free, and you can use it in any project, personal or commercial. All we ask is that you don't re-distribute it.
